The Mission.
Empower and Hear Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which caters to Women of Color who suffer from hearing loss. Our organization is geared to help educate and promote the acceptance of hearing loss. Acceptance is the key to success, as embracing the reality and challenges of hearing impairment is the first step to enhancing the confidence to assert yourself and pursue life goals.
